SEDC Partner株式会社（以下「当社」といいます）は、人材紹介事業等を実施する上で、お客様の個人情報がプライバシーを構成する重要な情報であることを深く認識し、業務において個人情報を取り扱う場合には、個人情報に関する法令及び個人情報保護のために定めた社内規程を遵守し、また、組織体制を整備し、個人情報の適切な保護に努めることにより、お客様を尊重し、当社に対する期待と信頼に応えていきます。
私たちは、事業活動の範囲内で個人情報の利用目的を特定し、その目的達成のために必要な限度で公正かつ適正に個人情報の取得、利用及び提供を行います。また、取得した個人情報の目的外利用をしないよう処置を講じます。

SEDC Partner株式会社（以下「当社」といいます。）は、当社が提供する各サービス（以下、総称して「本サービス」といいます。）を利用するユーザーの皆様の個人情報について、次のとおり取り扱います。 なお、本文中の用語の定義は、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます。）及び関係法令によります。

(1) 本サービスのお申込みに際してユーザーの皆様からご入力いただいた情報（氏名、住所、生年月日、電子メールアドレス、電話番号、性別等） (2) 本サービスの利用に際して利用者が端末又は携帯端末を利用する場合に当社が収集する情報（端末識別子、携帯端末識別子、IPアドレス、位置情報等）、(3)転職支援サービスに必要な全ての情報
当社は、個人情報について、以下の利用目的の範囲内又はその取得状況から明らかである利用目的の範囲内で利用し、ユーザーの同意がある場合又は法令で認められている場合を除き、他の目的で利用しません。
(1) 本サービスのお申込みの受付 (2) 本サービスの提供に際してのユーザーとの連絡 (3) 本サービスのユーザーに関する本人確認その他ユーザーの管理 (4) 本サービスに関する契約の締結 (5) 本サービスのユーザーに対する当社のクライアントからの就職、転職に関するオファーの送付 (6) 本サービスの管理、改善 (7) 本サービスに関する更新情報、キャンペーン情報その他の情報の提供 (8) 本サービスに関するアンケートの実施 (9) 統計資料の作成、各種マーケティング調査の実施 (10) 本サービスに関するユーザーからの問い合わせ対応 (11) 本サービスに関するトラブルの解決 (12) 本サービスに関する当社の権利の行使（請求及び支払いに関する業務を含みます。） (13) 当社による新規サービスの開発 (14) その他、本サービスを含む当社が提供する全てのサービスを適切かつ円滑に遂行するために必要な業務
当社は、業務を円滑に進め、また、より良いサービスを提供するため、個人情報データの取扱いの全部又は一部を外部に委託する場合があります。ただし、委託する個人データは、委託する業務を遂行するのに必要最小限の情報に限定します。
当社は、前条に定める場合、ユーザーの事前同意がある場合又は法令で認められている場合その他以下に定める場合を除き、個人データを第三者に提供いたしません。
(1) 本サービスの提供に際して、求人企業に対して開示する場合 (2) ユーザーが本サービスの利用規約、プライバシーポリシーその他当社との間で契約した契約上の定めに違反し、当社の権利、財産や本サービス等を保護するために、個人情報を公開せざるをえないと判断した場合 (3) 当社の株式の譲渡、合併等の組織再編行為、事業譲渡その他これらに類する取引の実行及びこれに先立って行われる調査や交渉に際して開示する場合
(1) データ内容の正確性の確保：当社は、個人データにつき、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、正確かつ最新の内容に保つとともに、利用する必要がなくなったときは当該個人データを消去するよう努めます。 (2) 安全管理措置：当社は、個人データの漏えい、滅失又は毀損の防止その他の安全管理のために必要かつ適切な監督を行います。 (3) 従業者の監督：当社は、個人データを従業者に取り扱わせるにあたっては、個人情報の適正な取扱いを周知徹底するとともに適正な教育を行い、必要かつ適正な監督を行います。 (4) 委託先の監督：当社は、個人データの取扱いを委託する場合には、委託先には適切な安全管理措置を講じている協力会社を選定し、委託先に対し必要かつ適切な監督を行います。 (5) 統計処理されたデータの利用：当社は、提供を受けた個人データをもとに、個人を特定できないよう加工した統計データを作成することがあります。当社は、当該統計データについて、何ら制限なく利用することができます。
個人情報を与えることは任意です。個人情報に関する情報の一部をご提供いただけない場合は、お問い合わせ内容に回答できない可能性があります。
転職支援サービスの提供に関連して、第三者が提供するアクセス解析ツール、ユーザー動向可視化ツール等を利用し、当該ツール等の利用により収集されるユーザーのサイト利用状況に関する情報及びその分析結果を取得し、これをユーザーの個人データと結び付けた上で、サービスの改善の目的で利用いたします。
(1) 当社は、本サービスの提供に際して、Cookie及びこれに類する技術を利用することがあります。当社は、ユーザーのCookie情報、ユーザーが閲覧した広告及びウェブページ並びにユーザーの利用環境等の情報を自動的にユーザーのブラウザから取得し、サーバに記録することで、本サービスの利用状況等を把握し、本サービスの品質を向上させるためにこれらの情報を用いることがあります。 (2) Cookieを無効化したいユーザーは、ウェブブラウザの設定を変更することによりCookieを無効化することができます。ただし、Cookieを無効化すると、本サービスを正常に利用できない場合があります。 (3) 当社は、第１項に定めるほか、Google analyticsを利用して、本サービスの利用に際してユーザーが利用する電子通信端末に関する情報（端末識別子、IPアドレス、位置情報、Cookie、利用ログ等）を取得し、ユーザーに関する個人情報の解析並びにその結果を用いたサイト利用状況の計測、分析及びサイトの改善を目的として、これらの情報を利用することがあります。Google analyticsの詳細及びオプトアウト手続については、「Google アナリティクス利用規約」及び「Google のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用」をご確認ください
(1) ユーザーから保有個人データの利用目的について、通知の請求があったときは、次の場合を除き、遅滞なく通知いたします。 * 当該ユーザーが識別される保有個人データの利用目的が明らかな場合 * 当該ユーザー又は第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合 * 当社の権利又は正当な利益を害するおそれがある場合 * 国の機関又は地方公共団体が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
(2) ユーザーから保有個人データの開示の請求があった場合には、次の場合を除き、遅滞なく開示いたします。 * 当該ユーザー又は第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合 * 当社の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合 * 法令に違反することとなる場合
(3) ユーザーから保有個人データの訂正、追加、削除に関する請求があった場合には、遅滞なく調査を行い、その結果に基づき適正な対応を行います。 (4) ユーザーから保有個人データの利用の停止又は消去に関する請求があった場合には、当該請求に理由があることが判明したときは、適正な対応を行います。

本規約は、本サービスの利用に関する条件を利用者と当社との間で定めることを目的とし、利用者と当社の間の本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。当社は、本サービスの詳細について、本規約のほか、当社が別途定めるガイドラインに規定することがあり、当該ガイドラインも本規約を構成するものとします。利用者は、本規約に同意をした上で、本規約の定めに従って本サービスを利用しなければならず、利用者は、本サービスを利用することにより本規約に同意をしたものとみなされます。当社は、必要に応じ、本規約の内容を変更できるものとします。当社は、本規約を変更する場合、変更後の本規約の内容及び効力発生日を当社ウェブサイト上での掲示その他の適切な方法によりあらかじめ利用者に通知します。
当社は、本サービスのうち利用者に適切なサービスを当社の判断で提供するものであり、本サービスの提供を利用者に対して保証するものではありません。
当社は、本サービスを利用者に対して提供するに際して、当社における検討過程、検討基準及び判断内容等について、利用者に対して説明する義務を負いません。
当社は、本サービスの提供に際して、利用者と求人企業との間における雇用契約、業務委託契約その他これらに準じる契約（以下「雇用契約等」といいます。）の締結及びその条件を保証するものではなく、利用者の責任と判断において雇用契約等を締結するものとします。
当社は、以下のいずれかに該当する場合に、利用者への事前通知を行うことなく、いつでも本サービスの提供の全部又は一部を終了することができます。
利用者が本サービスを通じて求人企業と雇用契約等を締結した場合
利用者から本サービスの提供につき終了の申し出を受領した場合
その他当社が適切と判断した場合
当社は、以下のいずれかに該当する場合には、利用者への事前通知を行うことなく、一時的に本サービスの全部又は一部を中断する事ができるものとします。
本サービスの提供に利用するサーバー、通信回線、その他の設備（以下、これらを総称して「当社設備」といいます。）に故障、障害が発生した場合
当社設備の保守、点検、修理、変更を行う場合
停電、火災、地震、噴火、洪水、津波等の発生により本サービスの提供ができなくなった場合
戦争、変乱、暴動、騒乱、労働争議等その他不可抗力により本サービスの提供ができなくなった場合
法令又はこれに基づく措置により本サービスの提供ができなくなった場合
その他、当社が本サービスの一時的な中断を必要と判断した場合
当社は、任意の理由により、利用者への事前通知を行うことなく、いつでも本サービスの全部又は一部を変更することができます。
当社は、利用者が以下のいずれかに該当した場合又は該当したと当社が判断した場合、利用者への事前通知及び当該判断に関する説明を行うことなく、当該利用者に対する本サービスの全部若しくは一部の利用停止等の措置をとることができます。
本規約又は法令に違反した場合
本サービスの提供を受けるに際して必要となる手続又は当社への連絡を行わなかった場合
求人企業、他の利用者又は当社（以下、これらを総称して「求人企業等」といいます。）に不当に迷惑をかけた場合
利用者が自ら又は第三者をして、求人企業等に対して暴力的な要求行為、法的な責任を超えた不当な要求行為、脅迫的な言動又は暴力を用いる行為、風評を流布し、偽計を用い又は威力を用いて、求人企業等の信用を毀損又は業務を妨害する行為をした場合
その他当社が本サービスの利用者として適切ではないと判断した場合
当社は、前項に定める措置を受けた利用者に対し、将来にわたって当社が提供するサービスの利用を禁止することができます。
当社は、本規約のほか別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従い、利用者の個人情報を適切に取り扱います。
当社は、利用者から取得した情報のうち、利用者個人を特定できる情報以外の情報を加工し、当社が提供する各種の媒体において無償で自由に利用できます。各種の媒体において利用された当該情報に関する著作権その他一切の権利は、当社に帰属します。
当社は、本サービスの利用者から提供を受けた情報、利用者による本サービスの利用履歴等を解析し、当該解析結果を本サービスその他当社が提供又は開発するサービスに利用することができ、利用者はこれを予め承諾するものとします。
当社は、本サービスの利用者から提供を受けた情報の正確性を確認するために、求人企業に対して利用者を特定した上で問い合わせを行うことができ、利用者はこれを予め承諾するものとします。
利用者は、本サービスを利用するに際して、事前にプライバシーポリシーを確認し、その内容に同意した上で、本サービスを利用するものとします。
当社は、本サービスの利用に際して、利用者が以下のいずれかに該当する行為（当社が該当すると判断する行為を含みます。）を行うことを禁止します。
虚偽又は不正確な情報を当社若しくは求人企業に対して提供する行為
当社又は求人企業が要求する本人確認書類、履歴書、職務経歴書、在留カード、就労資格証明書その他書類の提出を拒否する行為（当社が定める期限までに提出しない行為を含みます。）
求人企業等の業務若しくは営業を妨害する行為、又は誹謗、中傷、侮辱その他手段を問わず社会的信用若しくは評価を毀損する行為
求人企業等の著作権、商標権その他の知的財産権を含む一切の財産的権利、営業上の秘密、名誉、プライバシーその他の権利又は利益を侵害する行為
本サービスを通じて入手した情報を、本サービスの利用以外の目的で利用し又は当社の承諾なく第三者に漏洩若しくは開示する行為
本サービスを通じて紹介を受けた求人企業に対し、当社の承諾なく直接連絡（対面、手紙、電話、メール、SNSその他の手段を問いません。）を取る、採用選考を受ける又は入社する行為
当社への事前の連絡なく求人企業との面談又は選考試験を欠席し若しくは採用内定を受諾後に辞退する等の行為
法令又は公序良俗に違反する行為
利用者は、反社会的勢力等（暴力団、暴力団員及び暴力団員でなくなったときから5年を経過しない者、暴力団準構成員、暴力団関係企業に属する者、総会屋等、社会運動等標ぼうゴロ、特殊知能暴力集団等、テロリスト等、日本政府または外国政府が経済制裁の対象として指定する者（以下、これらを総称して「暴力団員等」といいます。）、暴力団員等の共生者、その他これらに準ずる者）のいずれにも該当しないこと、かつ将来にわたっても該当しないこと、及び、自ら又は第三者を利用して、暴力的な要求行為、法的な責任を超えた不当な要求行為、取引に関して脅迫的な言動若しくは暴力を用いる行為、風説を流布し、偽計若しくは威力を用いて求人企業等の信用を毀損し若しくは求人企業の業務を妨害する行為、その他これらに準ずる行為を行わないことを確約するものとします。利用者が本条に違反した場合、当社は、何らの催告を要せずに本サービスの履行を中止でき、当該中止に起因して利用者に損害が生じたとしても、その損害を賠償する責任を負いません。
当社は、本サービスに起因して利用者に生じたあらゆる損害について一切の責任を負いません。ただし、本サービスに関する当社と利用者との間の契約（本規約を含みます。）が消費者契約法に定める消費者契約となる場合、この免責規定は適用されません。
前項ただし書に定める場合であっても、当社は、当社の過失（重過失を除きます。）による債務不履行又は不法行為により利用者に生じた損害のうち特別な事情から生じた損害（当社又は利用者が損害発生につき予見し、又は予見し得た場合を含みます。）について一切の責任を負いません。
利用者が本規約に違反した場合、故意過失を問わず、当該利用者が、当該違反により損害を受けた第三者に対する損害賠償責任を含む一切の責任を負うものとします。また、利用者がかかる違反行為を行ったことにより、当社が損害を被った場合は、当該利用者は当社に対して当該損害を賠償するものとします。
利用者は、当社の書面による事前の承諾なく、本規約に基づく契約上の地位又は本規約に基づく権利若しくは義務につき、第三者に対し、譲渡、移転、担保設定、貸与、その他の処分をすることはできません。
当社が本サービスに係る事業を第三者に譲渡する場合（事業譲渡、会社分割その他本サービスが移転する一切の場合を含む。）には、当該事業の譲渡に伴い、利用者の本規約に基づく契約上の地位、本規約に基づく権利及び義務並びに利用者から当社に提供された情報を、当社は当該事業の譲受人に譲渡することができるものとし、利用者は、かかる譲渡につき予め承諾するものとします。
本規約は、日本法に基づき解釈されるものとし、利用者と当社の間で生じた紛争については、その内容に応じて東京簡易裁判所又は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
The services provided under these terms refer to the career support services offered by SEDC Partners Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "The Company"), including job introductions, information guidance, and other career-related support for users.
These terms set forth the conditions of use for the services and apply to all relationships between users and The Company regarding service usage.
In addition to these terms, The Company may establish additional guidelines regarding service details. Such guidelines shall be considered part of these terms.
Users must agree to these terms before using the services and shall be deemed to have agreed by using the services.
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms as necessary. Any changes will be announced in advance on The Company’s website or via other appropriate means.
The Company will determine and provide appropriate services to users at its discretion but does not guarantee the provision of services.
The Company has no obligation to explain the review process, criteria, or decisions related to service provision.
The Company does not guarantee the conclusion or terms of employment contracts, subcontracting agreements, or similar contracts (hereinafter referred to as "Employment Contracts") between users and employers. Users are responsible for entering into such agreements at their own discretion.
The Company may terminate all or part of the service without prior notice to users under the following circumstances:
When the user has entered into an Employment Contract through the service.
When the user requests to terminate the service.
When The Company deems termination appropriate.
The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the service without prior notice to users under the following circumstances:
If servers, communication lines, or other facilities used for the service (collectively referred to as "Company Facilities") experience failures or malfunctions.
If maintenance, inspection, repair, or modification of Company Facilities is required.
If service provision becomes impossible due to natural disasters such as power outages, fires, earthquakes, eruptions, floods, or tsunamis.
If service provision becomes impossible due to war, civil unrest, riots, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.
If service provision becomes impossible due to legal regulations or government measures.
If The Company determines that temporary suspension is necessary.
The Company may modify all or part of the service at any time without prior notice to users.
The Company may suspend all or part of a user's access to the service without prior notice if:
The user violates these terms or any laws.
The user fails to complete necessary procedures or communicate with The Company when required.
The user causes unreasonable inconvenience to employers, other users, or The Company (collectively referred to as "Employers, etc.").
The user engages in violent, excessive, or unjustified demands, threats, or actions that damage the reputation or obstruct the business of Employers, etc.
The Company determines that the user is inappropriate for service use.
The Company may permanently prohibit users subject to the above measures from using any future services.
The Company will handle users’ personal information appropriately in accordance with these terms and the separately established Privacy Policy.
The Company may process and freely use non-personally identifiable information obtained from users in various media provided by The Company. The Company retains all rights, including copyrights, to such processed information.
The Company may analyze service usage data and incorporate the results into existing or new services. Users agree to this in advance.
The Company may contact employers to verify the accuracy of information provided by users. Users agree to this in advance.
Users must review and agree to the Privacy Policy before using the services.
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following actions when using the service:
Providing false or inaccurate information to The Company or employers.
Refusing to submit identification documents, resumes, work history documents, residence cards, work qualification certificates, or other requested documents.
Obstructing the operations or business of Employers, etc., or damaging their social credibility through defamation, slander, or insults.
Infringing on intellectual property rights, business secrets, reputations, privacy, or other legal rights of Employers, etc.
Using information obtained through the service for purposes other than job seeking or disclosing it to third parties without The Company’s approval.
Contacting, applying to, or joining employers introduced through the service without The Company's prior approval.
Failing to attend interviews or selection processes without prior notice or declining an offer after acceptance.
Violating laws or public morals.
Users declare that they do not and will not in the future belong to or associate with antisocial forces (such as organized crime groups, members of such groups, corporate extortionists, violent troublemakers, or other similar groups designated by the Japanese or foreign governments).
Users also commit not to engage in violent demands, unjustified claims, threats, dissemination of false rumors, fraudulent activities, or any actions that disrupt the business of Employers, etc.
If a user violates this clause, The Company may immediately terminate service provision without notice and bears no liability for any resulting damages.
The Company bears no liability for any damages users may incur through service use, except in cases where the contract with the user is legally recognized as a "consumer contract" under the Consumer Contract Act.
Even in such cases, The Company is not liable for indirect, special, or foreseeable damages resulting from its ordinary negligence.
Users bear full responsibility for any damages caused by violating these terms, including liability to third parties.
If The Company incurs damages due to a user's violation, the user must compensate The Company.
Users may not transfer, assign, pledge, or otherwise dispose of their contractual status, rights, or obligations under these terms to third parties without prior written consent from The Company.
If The Company transfers its business related to this service to a third party (including mergers, company splits, or any similar transactions), the user's contractual status, rights, obligations, and provided information will be transferred to the successor entity.
Users agree in advance to such transfers.
These terms shall be interpreted under Japanese law.
In the event of a dispute, the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance, depending on the nature of the dispute.
